Prices throughout this website are quoted in indian rupees(INR) and payment can only be accepted in this currency.Prices include VAT(value Added Tax)/CST,packing and shipping charges.Gift packing costs will be charged over and above the total price of the order.

In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card policy. The payment made by you will be deducted from your account after sending you a confirmation mail.

We have made every effort to display the colours and sizes of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the website.

A tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, all registered users can track their order by checking Track Order and determine the order status.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and are constrained to cancel.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. However if you are not happy with the product,you can choose to return the order.

We reserve the right to not allow the exchange of jewellery products due to the differential that may arise, as no two products will be exactly the same weight & hence price.

However, if you choose to cancel the order(before shipment) or return the product because of receiving it in damaged condition, the refund will be made directly to your account or issued by cheque.
